The level range in double digits (1221 for 12-21 in this case. The first three letters of the guide zone (Bar for Barrens in this case). The first three letters of the author's name (Hos for Hosho in this case). This was implemented as a means to give guides a unique ID since zones and authors and level ranges separately might overlap. The next section, "HosBar1221" in the example, is the Guide ID (or GID). The actual name of the function we are calling is changing from WoWPro:RegisterGuide to WoWPro_Leveling:RegisterGuide.
